Everything published on this site is general information. It is not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice for your situation, and reading it does not create a client relationship with Blue Sage Tax and Accounting Inc..

Tax law changes, and it applies differently depending on facts that this site cannot know. Do not act on anything here without confirming how it applies to you.

Blue Sage does not promise or guarantee any particular tax result, refund amount, reduction in liability, or outcome of any dealing with the IRS or a state tax authority. Any fee quoted covers the work performed, not a result achieved.

A client relationship begins only when both parties sign a written engagement letter setting out the scope of work and the fee. Sending a message through this site, booking a consultation call, or exchanging emails does not by itself create an engagement.

You are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping the records that support your return, and for reviewing any return before it is filed. We rely on what you give us and do not audit it unless the engagement specifically provides for that.

Blue Sage Tax and Accounting Inc. sends service-related text messages from 929-374-2225 to clients and prospective clients who have opted in. Messages include appointment reminders and confirmations, tax filing deadline notices, requests for missing documents, return status updates, and replies to questions you have sent us. We do not send marketing messages.

How to opt in: check the optional SMS consent box on our contact form, or text START to 929-374-2225. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

This site links to third-party services, including our scheduling platform. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The content, design, and code of this site belong to Blue Sage Tax and Accounting Inc. and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Blue Sage is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general content. Liability arising from a signed engagement is governed by that engagement letter.
