Fahadun (Neo) Nabi is a seasoned Tax Manager with over 17 years of comprehensive experience in tax, accounting, and business management. He provides expert financial guidance to a diverse clientele, including closely held businesses, family offices, and real estate development firms.

Neo’s expertise lies in navigating complex domestic tax matters for C and S corporations, partnerships, high-net-worth individuals, and trusts. He is also a skilled strategist in minimizing tax burdens through state and local tax (SALT) incentives. With a focus on delivering proactive solutions, Neo excels at identifying opportunities that align with each client’s unique financial objectives, from selecting the optimal entity structure for a new venture to leveraging R&D tax credits that enhance profitability and fund innovation.

Before founding his firm, Neo honed his skills at prestigious “Big Four” and mid-sized New York City accounting firms, gaining a breadth of experience that now provides invaluable insight to his clients. His strategic approach ensures that every client is well-positioned for financial success.
